Note: Payments may be made in person to the Business Office at any Dallas College campus. Other offices remain closed to the general ​public at this time. Visitors are required to follow all safety procedures while on campus.

For Credit Classes

  • There is a set tuition due date for "regular" 16-week or 8-week classes that start at the beginning of the Fall or Spring semester.
  • If you register for Flex Term classes, your tuition is due before the class starts.

Spring 2021 Tuition Due Date

Spring semester tuition is due by Monday, Jan. 11.

For Continuing Education Classes

Tuition is due when you register.

For Credit Classes

After you have completed the registration process, you can pay for classes in one of three ways:

  1. In person: You can pay in person at the Business/Cashier Office during normal business hours.
  2. Online: You can pay online with eConnect, our secure online services, through the day of your payment due date (login required).
  3. By mail: You can pay by mail to the Business/Cashier Office. Your payment must be received by close of business on the payment due date.

Payment Methods

Dallas College accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Money orders
  • Bank debit cards

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

All checks must include a valid driver’s license number, date of birth and the daytime phone number of the person signing the check.

Disbursements and Refunds

Refunds and disbursements are handled differently depending on whether you are a credit student or a continuing education student.

Attention parents: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) prevents Eastfield Business Office staff from disclosing student account information to parents without a proxy form signed by the student.

Students must officially withdraw from classes to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for flexible-entry classes are prorated based on the number of weeks each class spans. Saturdays are included in the count of class days.

The Accounting Services Department processes payment for all tuition charges, parking citations, financial blocks and loan repayments. The cashiers can answer your questions about tuition refunds, the tuition installment payment plan (available in the Fall and Spring semesters only) and due dates for payments.

Employer-Paid Tuition

You must make company or agency billing arrangements before registering. Please submit a letter on company letterhead with the following information:

  • A statement that we are authorized to bill
  • Mailing address for invoice
  • The name of the employee/student
  • Student ID number of employee
  • The amount that is authorized for billing
  • Any limitations regarding amount or courses

The letter must be signed by a company representative and submitted seven to 10 business days before the class begins. You can fax the letter to us or bring it with you when you register. For more information, you may call us or email the coordinator, Laurie Gerald​.
