Program Cost

Dental hygiene students are required to have a laptop and may purchase a laptop of their choosing.

Financial Assistance

Dallas College offers a variety of financial aid options that can be viewed on the Financial Aid webpage. Options include grants, scholarships, work-study, direct loans, support services and emergency funds.

Scholarships

Dental hygiene faculty assist enrolled dental hygiene students in applying for various industry scholarship opportunities. Dallas College dental hygiene students have received scholarships from the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association, Dallas Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Institute of Oral Health.

 
 

Student Jessica Hipnar was awarded a $500 scholarship from the Institute of Oral Health in February 2023.
