Congratulations on your upcoming graduation.
You are a key player in making sure you're ceremony is a success. So we've created a series of videos to walk you through the process.
The choices you make prior to arriving impact the success of your ceremony. Please carefully consider what you'll wear to your ceremony. We recommend flat-sole shoes on low heels and cool, comfortable clothing. Make sure you arrive prepared to walk the stage. So have your hair finished. Heavy makeup you wish to wear, apply and wearing your cap and gown.
Doors open for graduates 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Please do not arrive fewer than 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start time. Guest doors open 60 minutes prior to the ceremony.
When you arrive at the Culwell Center, leave all personal belongings in your car. When walking toward the building from the parking lot, graduates enter to the left. Please do not bring extra clothes or shoes. There is nowhere inside to store extra belongings.
Go through security, only clear bags are admitted, so please remember to leave all your personal belongings in the car. You don't need anything to check in. Make sure you're wearing your cap and gown, ready to walk the stage.
