Application for Fall enrollment (Class of 2022) is now open. Students currently in their 10th grade year are eligible for fall enrollment. All applicants are required to have at least 12 credits towards their high school diploma by the end of the 2020 spring semester. Applications may be submitted online following the steps below. The deadline for fall admission will be July 24th, 2020.
Step 1: Information Session
Although not required, we strongly encourage that all RCHS applicants attend an information session. These sessions are designed to give parents and students an in-depth look at RCHS, the admissions process, rigors of the curriculum and our learning environment.
Reserve your information session
Step 2: Submit Application & Enrollment Documents
The application is a multi-step process and will take some time to complete. Please allow time to complete each step when enrolling a student. Each applicant is required to complete the online RCHS application. Upon completion of both the high school and college applications, applicants must submit their application summaries and other required documents to the RCHS main office (C-165). A full list of the required documents can be found on the RCHS Apply Now page.

Step 3: TSI Assessment
TSI Assessment is a state-legislated program designed to improve student success in college. Part of the program is an assessment to determine your basic skills in reading, mathematics, and writing.
If students have completed any sections of TSI previously, please inform the RCHS enrollment staff for further instructions.
By law, each student will be required to complete a pre-assessment activity before taking the actual assessment test. During the pre-assessment activity, students are given sample test questions and have the opportunity to take a practice test before completing the official TSI test.
Taking TSI Assessment
Students who have submitted an application and required documents must contact the RCHS enrollment staff in order to know how and when to register to take the TSI Assessment.
On the test date, each student will need:
- A referral form
- Your high school student ID or any other photo ID
Step 4: Advising Meeting
All students must attend an Advising Meeting to discuss class schedules, academic and career plans.
Before you can meet with an academic advisor, students must have submitted an application and completed all sections of the TSI Assessment. After meeting with an academic advisor, students will also finalize an online Parent Portal account, which will allow students/parents to check attendance, grades and other program information throughout the year.

Step 5: Duck Camp (Orientation)
Duck Camp is RCHS orientation for all incoming students. Duck Camp is great time to learn about more RCHS from actual RCHS students through Senior Mentors, receive a student ID card, take a campus tour, learn study techniques and tips for the semester, meet new classmates and have some fun before classes begin. All incoming students are required to attend a full week of orientation.
Step 6: Attend First Day of School
All students are required to attend the first day of classes in order to join the RCHS program. If a student is not present on the first day of the semester, they will not be able to join RCHS.
