Report a Student Code of Conduct Violation

The colleges of DCCCD care about the health and safety of our students, which is why we created the CARE (Campus Assessment, Response and Evaluation) Team and why we encourage students to report concerns about their own wellbeing or that of others in the DCCCD community.

Click on your college icon to report any violations of the Student Code of Conduct that you observe. Please try to include as much information as possible. Violations of the Student Code of Conduct include cyberbullying, harassment, discrimination, illegal drug use, indecent conduct, physical harm and scholastic dishonesty (among others).

If you have questions about what constitutes a Student Code of Conduct violation, please check out the complete list of incident categories included on the reporting forms.
