The Career and Technical Education Business Administration associate degree is offered at all seven of the colleges of DCCCD: Brookhaven, Cedar Valley, Eastfield, El Centro, Mountain View, North Lake and Richland. The three levels of Business Trainee skills achievement awards are designed to work with the student's career plans and to match the wide range of skill combinations needed at various entry-level positions. Each award can be completed in one semester.

An Associate of Science (AS) degree with a Field of Study in Business is also offered at six colleges of DCCCD. Official Field of Study degrees were created by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to transfer as a block of credit to any Texas public college or university. Field of Study degrees comprise courses to complete at freshman and sophomore levels that lead to a specific major in a four-year degree.
