We offer a variety of services to meet the health and wellness needs of students, faculty and staff.
Most of the colleges of DCCCD offer an on-campus Health Center that promotes health, wellness and preventive care for students and staff.
We recommend that all prospective students have adequate immunization for
bacterial meningitis, diphtheria, measles (also known as rubeola), rubella, mumps, tetanus and poliomyelitis. See the Texas Department of Health's
Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule.
Optional student health insurance, with optional coverage for spouse and children, is available through outside vendors. View information about health insurance vendors.
