Your DART Student GoPass will be good through the end of the current semester.

Yes, you will need to submit the Request Form for a Student GoPass each semester. This helps keep your information current in DART's system.
You can request a Student Go Pass as soon as you register and pay for your classes. You do not need to wait until Certification Day.
Once you submit
the Request Form you will receive an email (the following Monday) from
eConnectStudentCommunications@dcccd.edu with an update on your eligibility status.
If you currently meet
the eligibility requirements, the email will inform you that your Student GoPass will appear in your GoPass mobile app within two business days. If you do not currently meet the eligibility requirements, however, the email will tell you how you can become eligible.

request a free DART decal sticker through the El Centro College Business Office.
You must notify your college’s Business Office of the change. They will complete a GoPass Deactivation & Reassignment form to be emailed to DART. Once received by DART, it will take two business days for the change to be made.
You will need to uninstall and reinstall the GoPass app and register your new phone number. Please remember, it may take a few days for your Student GoPass to be reassigned to a new phone number.
