Transcripts

Once a degree or certificate is awarded, it is immediately posted to the student record, however it may take up to 24 hours for it to appear on your transcript. You will receive an email notifying you of this update so that you may order a transcript showing your award.

If you place an order before your credential has been processed, select the option “Hold for Degree" and your transcript will go out as soon as your credential is noted on your record.

You can apply, but you cannot graduate until you have received a grade for the course.

Your degree will be posted to your record after the last day of the semester. Because Dallas College awards thousands of degrees every semester, it can take six to eight weeks before your degree is posted. After your degree is posted, it may take up to 24 hours to appear on your transcript, and two to three weeks for your diploma to be mailed.

Diplomas and transcripts are printed with the last day of the term for the conferral date.
