Guidelines for Returning to Campus

All physical facilitie​s are closed to the general public at this time.

We are currently scheduling times for employees and students needing to gather materials or supplies from campus to do so. Access to the campuses will not be permitted without prior authorization or outside of these scheduled times.

Any and all students and employees returning to campus for any reason must follow the safety guidelines in place at the time of their visit. As of May 18, 2020, the following guidelines are in place.

  • If an employee or student has, or has had COVID-19, they will not be permitted on campus until medically cleared by a doctor.
  • If an employee or student is caring for an individual with COVID-19, they will not be permitted on campus until they have completed proper quarantine requirements.
  • Prior to leaving their home, employees and students shall take their temperature, if it is over 100⁰ we ask that they stay home and request access at a later date.
  • Students and employees are also asked to prescreen themselves. If they have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, they should stay home.
    • Unexplained cough
    • Unexplained muscle pain
    • Unexplained headache
    • Sore throat
    • Diarrhea
    • Loss of taste or smell
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Chills or repeated shaking with chills
    • Feeling feverish or a temperature greater than or equal to 100⁰ F
    • Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed for COVID-19
  • Employees and students must wear a mask or nose and mouth covering to gain entry to campus and must wear the face covering at all times while on campus.
  • Employees and students shall maintain social distancing guidelines.
