WorkReadyU Orientation

The first step in the WorkReadyU program is to attend an orientation session. This is a time when you can learn more about how the program works.

Begin by selecting the college of DCCCD closest to where you live. You can view a map of the colleges online.

Next, choose a date and time that works best for your schedule. Orientation sessions are offered every few weeks, so its easy to start classes any time of year.

It’s during orientation that you will be given the details of the program. The more you know about what to expect, the better prepared you will be for classes.

Also, your skill level will be examined at orientation. This is so you can be placed in a class that best fits your level.

Please bring two forms of identification with you, such as a Social Security card or passport. At least one of these must be a photo ID.

You do not have to sign up for these events. Just show up, grab a seat and join the fun. We look forward to meeting you there!
