Michael Gallaway

Michael Gallaway has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Logistics Technology at North Lake since fall 2011. He has more than 20 years of work experience in logistics and supply chain management in four different industries. His expertise includes the areas of forecasting, sales and operations planning, inventory management, customer and vendor relationships, business process creation, collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment, manufacturing, and warehousing and distribution management.

In addition to teaching at North Lake, he also conducts corporate training in logistics and serves as the inventory manager for a retail clothing business in Irving. His civic involvement includes service on the Irving ISD District Improvement Committee, the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce Transportation Management Association and the Irving City Council.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in business logistics from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified integrated resource manager by the American Production and Inventory Control Society, a professional association for operations managers.
