Each year, about 10,000 of our students take online classes. In fact, more than 2 million students have taken courses through distance learning since we began offering them in 1972.
And the number keeps growing. In the past five years, enrollment in online classes has more than doubled!

Dallas County Community College District offers convenience and flexibility for today’s busy student.
All students who earn an entire associate degree online will earn their degree using one of our seven colleges as their “home college.” To receive an associate degree, a minimum of 16 credit hours or 25 percent of your course work must be completed through your home college.
