Peg Wolschon holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb and a Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe. She has worked in the travel industry since 1990.

Professional experience includes sales, marketing, tour design and development, and event and meeting planning at companies including Gray Line Worldwide, Greyhound, Coach U.S.A., the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Physicians Education Resource, Strategic Meetings Solutions and CalyxSoftware.

Ms. Wolschon has held or currently holds the certifications CTP (Certified Tour Professional), CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador). She is a member of Meeting Professionals International, and serves as president of the DFW Branch of SPIN (Senior Planner Industry Network).

Awards include the international award of excellence in education from Meeting Professionals International (Global) in 1998; the Colleen Rickenbacher Leadership award, mentor of the year, special event of the year and volunteer of the year from the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in 2015; and program of the year from MPI in 1993, 1994, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2014.
