Students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare complete three-course meals to prove their skills, applying their knowledge to a real-world audience.
Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand! Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Fridays for the following week.
Meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance. The cost is $12, and credit cards are accepted.
To make a reservation, call 214-860-2217. Once your reservation is made, you may call 214-860-2048 to pay by credit card. We start accepting reservations at 9 a.m. Friday mornings; seating for lunch is from 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Regular menus will have a choice of first course only.
A la carte menus will consist of a choice of items for each of the courses offered.
