Food and Hospitality Service Team Leader

Swee Goh began her collegiate teaching at Texas Tech University and has also taught at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She brings more than 20 years of corporate experience from Marriott, Sodexho Services and McDonald’s into her classrooms. 

Swee earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace technology and transportation management from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, and a master's degree in restaurant, hotel and institutional management from Texas Tech University. She enjoys seeing the academic growth of her students in the Food and Hospitality program. Swee also mentors students by serving as an academic advisor.
