Adjunct Food and Hospitality Service Instructor

Jerry Walker has served as an adjunct instructor in the Food and Hospitality Institute for more than eight years. He teaches Hospitality Supervision and Hospitality Marketing.  

He earned a B.S. degree in marketing and economics at Iowa State University and has years of experience in the hospitality industry, serving in varied roles in management and as a Subway franchise owner. He is a past president of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association.
