Adjunct Food and Hospitality Service Instructor

Jeff is an adjunct faculty member who teaches a variety of classes. He has worked as food service manager and chef for two hospitals in the metroplex, with Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children for more than 20 years and in the food service industry for 40 years. He is a 1986 graduate of El Centro’s Food and Hospitality program and is excited to offer his experience to future culinarians in the program.
