Adjunct Food and Hospitality Service Instructor

Jeff Siegel, known as the Wine Curmudgeon, is an award-winning wine writer whose blog annually ranks among the top 25 wine sites on the Internet. He is the co-founder and former president of Drink Local Wine, the first locavore wine movement. (A locavore is a person who chooses to consume locally sourced food and drink whenever possible.) He is also a nationally known wine competition judge and author whose most current book is “The Wine Curmudgeon's Guide to Cheap Wine.” 

He is an adjunct instructor who teaches beverage management; he has also taught classes in wine and beverage management at Le Cordon Bleu Dallas and Texas wine at the State Fair of Texas.
