Adjunct Food and Hospitality Service Instructor

Frank is a graduate of El Centro, class of 1993. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in arts and applied sciences and a master’s degree in management. After he graduated from El Centro, he spent 15 years in the food service industry and now teaches facilities and equipment. He also teaches continuing education classes for the women’s federal prison on Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth. He has always been interested in cooking, learning in his early years from his mother and tossing pizzas at age 15.
