Adjunct Culinary Arts Instructor

After spending 20 years in food and beverage operations, Chad decided to lend his knowledge to eager individuals looking to work in the culinary field. He is a ProStart culinary instructor for Frisco ISD, where he teaches high school juniors and seniors studying culinary arts and baking and pastry in its state-of-the-art Career and Technical Education Center. The facility serves as the blueprint for all school districts in the nation developing culinary programs.  

Chad also manages and trains a team of five Frisco students who make up the ProStart team competing nationwide. He also helps oversee the production and service for two campus restaurants that are completely operated by the students.

When Chad is not teaching, he owns and operates his consulting firm, NoshenRDI, where he creates new food and beverage concepts for restaurateurs and rejuvenates existing concepts. He is also working on his Certified Executive Chef certification and a Journeyman’s Brewing License.
