Come Taste What Our Students Are Cooking

Every Tuesday, students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare complete three-course meals to prove their skills, applying their knowledge to a real-world audience. Lunch is served on Tuesdays in the Fall and Spring semesters. In Fall, we also serve dinner on Tuesdays.

Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand! Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Fridays for the following week.

Meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance. The cost is $12, and credit cards are accepted.

To make a reservation, call 214-860-2217. Once your reservation is made, you may call 214-860-2048 to pay by credit card. We start accepting reservations at 9 a.m. Friday mornings; seating for lunch is at 11:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m. for dinner.
