Kim has been at Cedar Valley since August 2005. She has been in the animal care industry for more than 25 years in varying capacities. She holds an associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley and a bachelor's degree in biology from Dallas Baptist University and is working on a master’s degree in educational technology from Texas A&M University.
She is a member of the Dog Training Club of Dallas County, a volunteer organization that trains owners to train their dogs. The club participates in healing hounds/therapy work as well as competitive dog sport training. During her time at Cedar Valley College, she has served in varying roles and works with both the on-campus and distance learning Vet Tech programs.
