Charles Wolf began teaching at Cedar Valley in 1999. He holds an associate degree in animal health technology from Sul Ross University in Alpine, Texas. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and a master’s degree in teaching agriculture with a business minor, both from Tarleton State University.
He now teaches almost exclusively online courses, including Large Animal Assisting, Laboratory Animal Management, Equine Management, Food Animal Management, and Cooperative Learning. He is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, the American Animal Hospital Association and the Association of American Veterinary Technician Educators.
