Linda Goodman, M.S.S.W., LMSW, LCCA

Adjunct Faculty, Social Work

Linda Goodman has taught in the Social Work program since 2013. She works as a medical social worker for Aviator Home Health Care of McKinney, connecting seniors in their home environment to community resources and counseling them on lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and acceptance of illness or injury. Previous work experience includes serving as a medical social worker for Evision Home Health of Dallas, as director of the transitional living program at Jonathan's Place in Garland and at City House in Plano. 

She earned a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a focus on administrative and community practice. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Texas Woman’s University in Denton and an associate degree from Eastfield College. 

She holds certifications as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA).
