Wende Galloway, M.S.N., RN

Wende Galloway earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, and a master's degree in  nursing, with specialization in maternal child health and education, from Texas Woman's University. A full-time ADN program faculty member since January 1980, she has taught mainly at the freshman level but has also taught in the Allied Health Programs Basic Skills section.

Ms. Galloway served for 25 years as an officer in the United States Army Reserve Nurse Corps and worked in a variety of military hospitals in the U.S. and Europe. Additional professional experience includes staff nurse positions at Veterans Hospital, Methodist Hospital and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.

She is a member of Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
