Jack W. Lewis, DDS

Faculty

Dr. Jack Lewis has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing dentist, as well as many years of classroom experience at several levels. He worked as a full-time dentist in private practice for nearly 20 years, managing a staff of 10. For eight more years, he served as the dental director of Hunt County Community Health Services in Greenville, Texas, where he was also the chair of the Infection Control Committee for five years. At the community clinic, he directed a program which provided free dental care to children and pregnant women. He also taught high school biology in the Garland ISD for eight years and served as an adjunct biology instructor at Mountain View College for a year. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor University. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA).
