Regina L. Brown, M.B.A.

Regina L. Brown has been teaching for the colleges of DCCCD since 2002. She first served as an adjunct faculty member and has been a full-time faculty member since 2006. She also served as a certified high school business instructor with the Irving and Mesquite public school districts for five years and had several years of corporate accounting experience in various positions from staff accountant to fraud accountant.

She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Chicago State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in strategic leadership from Amberton University, with an additional 24 graduate hours towards a second master's degree in accounting from Dallas Baptist University. She is a member of the Fall 2018 cohort of the University of Dallas' Doctorate of Business Administration program.

Ms. Brown was awarded the 2015 Outstanding Accounting Educator award from the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. A native of Chicago, she relocated to the Dallas area in 1997.
