Bill Welch has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Construction Tech program since 2004 and teaches Construction Blueprint Reading and Estimating. He has spent nearly 40 years in the construction industry working in estimating and project management on all types of construction.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural construction from Texas A&M University and started in the Dallas office of the Associated General Contractors construction program when it was affiliated with Eastfield College. He began teaching courses at the DFW Education Center for North Lake College and the Construction Education Foundation to give something back to the industry from which he has gotten so much.
