Russell “Rusty” Dale began teaching at Eastfield College
in 2016. He holds two associate degrees from Eastfield, in
Computers/Electronics and Electronics/Telecommunications. He served as a lab
assistant during his time as a student.
After graduating from Eastfield, he served in the
U.S. Air Force as a back shop avionics technician. He then joined Halliburton
Energy Services as a maintenance professional, or electronics/mechanical/computer
technician, working in Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, and overseas in Vietnam, Angola,
Tanzania and Thailand.
He serves as lead Mechatronics instructor for the
Early College High School program with H. Grady Spruce High School. This
program allows students to graduate with an associate degree in Advanced
Manufacturing/Mechatronics Technology from Eastfield at the same time they graduate
from high school.
