An attorney, business advisor and social entrepreneur, Tom Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania. 

He spearheads The Study: Irving's Innovation Library, an entrepreneur, innovation, and education center focused on the development and advancement of women-owned and women-led start-ups and small businesses. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Federal District Courts for New Jersey and the southern and eastern districts of New York. 

Mr. Foley began teaching at North Lake in 2016 and also serves as an adjunct professor at Paul Quinn College, concentrating in social entrepreneurship and investor relations. He is a member of the American Bar Association and serves as a board member for the Wilkinson Center and the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.
