Theda Redwine has been active in the real estate profession since the early 1980s. After working with two Fortune 500 companies for more than 14 years, Redwine’s extensive professional knowledge includes contracts with property and casualty commercial issues, including exposures relative to general commercial building contractors and governmental.
Her licensure and background in insurance and estate planning add a valuable component to teachings relating to the impact of real estate on individual and commercial portfolios. She is a licensed Texas real estate broker, certified Texas educator and certified instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves on the education and contracts committees of MetroTex.
