All Mountain View Occupational Therapy Assistant students are required to have medical insurance coverage. Proof of medical coverage will be required prior to beginning the program and throughout the program.
The student must bring documentation of medical insurance coverage to the Mountain View OTA program with their OTA admissions packet.
Students who are seeking medical insurance coverage may insure through an independent insurance carrier. Insurance provider information is available in the course catalog.
All OTA students are required to maintain liability insurance during their entire program. Students without liability insurance are not allowed to participate in the clinical experiences required for successful completion of the program. An annual fee will be added to your registration fee to cover the cost of liability insurance.
