Faculty, Business Administration and Management programs
Charles Fernandez was an adjunct faculty member at Mountain View from 1980 to May 2002. In September 2002 he joined the full-time faculty.
Before joining the faculty full time, he was a senior executive with the regional office of the U.S. General Services Administration and retired after 38 years of service. Fernandez was responsible for labor relations, employee relations, employment and staffing, pay administration, position management, training and employee development, and providing counsel and advice to senior managers and employees. He was also responsible for the agency’s race initiative for a workforce of 14,000 employees throughout the United States. Charles Fernandez teaches management and supervision courses at Mountain View.
