Interactive Simulation and Game Technology (Game Design)

Do you love video games? Have you ever wondered how to make them or what a career working on them would be like for you? The Interactive Simulation and Game Technology (Game Design) program, offered exclusively at Richland, will give you the skills you need to build a successful career or start your own company.

Are you interested in a career in game design?

The Interactive Simulation and Game Technology (Game Design) program at Richland gives you the skills you need with a three-pronged approach:

  • Choose between two tracks within the degree: Game Programming or Art / Animation and Design
  • Learn how to work within a team while making a game using all the latest software and technology.

  • Become a pro at your specific specialization and develop a portfolio you can use once you graduate to show to potential employers.

  • Be given the knowledge to go the entrepreneurial route and start your own game studio, releasing your own games.
