And it’s set for Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020, from 3-6 p.m.

The 12th annual event features Dallas’ best chefs, working together with our students to demonstrate restaurant operations innovation, execute safe practices to protect our guests and workforce, exemplify the resiliency of this industry and show gratitude for our front-line workers and service industry professionals. For more than 50 years, El Centro has trained an expert and passionate workforce serving the North Texas culinary and hospitality industry. Through Bits and Bites and other community efforts, the Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality (CPH) program demonstrates its commitment to the local culinary community and its status as a nationally recognized culinary arts and pastry training program.

Massive Program Expansion – We are now Dallas College!
