Athletic Camp: Sports Functional Movement Training for All Athletes and Sports (Male & Female)

Functional movements are movements based on real-world situational biomechanics. They usually involve multiple planes of joint movement/angles (pushing, pulling, lunging and twisting), which place a high demand on the body's muscular and nervous system. Functional exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
