Accelerated Improvement Mentoring, Inc.

The team at Accelerated Improvement Mentoring provides management mentoring services using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria as a road map for business success. Specialized services are provided to help organizations accelerate business improvement through mentoring, training, strategic planning, competitive comparison, process improvement, benchmarking and many other management services.

Ann McGee-Cooper & Associates

Based on Robert Greenleaf’s work on servant-leadership, Ann McGee-Cooper & Associates works with top leaders and teams to help move organizations from traditional hierarchical, top-down, command-and-control structures to a coaching/mentoring environment that supports, empowers, and develops employees. AMCA is a Dallas-based, internationally recognized team of futurists and consultants who have worked for over two decades to develop servant-leadership in numerous organizations.

City of DeSoto Fire Academy

The Continuing Education division at Cedar Valley, in partnership with the City of DeSoto Fire Academy, has developed a partnership program whereby the graduates of the DeSoto Fire Academy will be awarded 54.1 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). These units can be used toward Life Experience Credits for an Associate and/or Bachelor degree at Northwood University. Institute for Standards in Quality Education

The Institute for Standards in Quality Education provides training designed to help school districts operate more efficiently and achieve long-range positive outcomes. The “Thinking and Communications Tools for Educators” and “Baldrige: The How of Getting it Done” special solutions training programs are based on Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints and the Malcolm Baldrige National Award criteria. Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center

The Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center has successfully increased the global competitiveness of Texas’ smaller manufacturers by providing assistance in techniques such as Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001:​2002 Manufacturing and ISO 14000 Environmental Implementation. Manufacturing specialists and skilled TMAC staff will visit your site and provide guidance and training that will give you a competitive edge. Ask BPI about scheduling an on-site visit.
