District Mentoring Model

Talent Development utilizes the expertise of our employees for the many training opportunities offered across the district. This area contains the bios and contact information of the teaching and coaching resources used in our programs.
The DCCCD practices active mentoring of employees within our training programs and workplace initiatives. Our district mentoring program is based on the model developed by Dr. Lois Zachary, Center for Mentoring Excellence. We currently have 18 certified Mentor Facilitators across the district.
