Stakeholders Meetings

In Fall 2008, the Service Leadership Team conducted a series of meetings to allow the faculty and employees of Dallas County Community College District to review and comment on a series of proposed customer service best practices to be adopted by the district.

Comments were submitted in person at the meetings or via e-mail. Follow the links below so that you can review the drafts and make suggestions before they are submitted to the Chancellor's Cabinet for final approval.
