Come taste what our students are cooking: Every Tuesday afternoon of the Fall and Spring semesters, students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare a complete three-course lunch that’s open to the public. In Fall, we also serve dinner on Tuesdays.

America’s Career Infonet projects job growth of 19 percent for chefs and head cooks, 17 percent for food service managers and 13 percent for supervisors of food service workers over the next decade. High job growth is defined as an annual increase of more than 10 percent.
