What Kind of Emails Are Appropriate for Email Blasts?


Communications Management email blasts should be used for districtwide emails that need to be tracked and auditable.

Following are example topics that are appropriate for CM blasts:

  • academic standings
  • degree plans
  • eConnect usage
  • financial aid
  • legal mandates
  • transcripts
  • any other student success/service related topics

The Communications Management module is not used to send marketing/promotional messages.
