Organizational Learning

photo of a brain made of gears

As the district faces challenges in serving a growing population of students, with a critical concern for the dollars available to support those students, it is important that information is shared to confirm our focus as an important provider of higher education in Dallas County.

Stakeholders in these efforts — whether internal or external — need an understanding of what the district considers important, what the district measures, and how people are connected in discussion and decision-making.

Organizational Learning is designed to give easy access to a variety of planning, organization, governance and presentation materials that can be helpful in understanding the culture, priorities, structure and infrastructure for decision-making in the district.
