Individual letters to incumbents in positions to be evaluated released
to college presidents. |
| Step 2: |

District Human Resources will establish the deadline for completed
questionnaires and/or waivers with all required signatures. |
| Step 3: |

Interviews and follow-up to be scheduled on campus as needed by
District Human Resources. |
| Step 4: |
|
Job evaluation recommendations submitted to presidents for review
and comment. |
| Step 5: |
|
District Human Resources will establish deadline(s) for President's
comments regarding job evaluation recommendations. |
| Step 6: |
|
Job evaluation recommendations submitted to Chancellor
and Chancellor's Cabinet for review and decision. |
| Step 7: |
|
Notification of job evaluation results released to individual incumbents
by District Human Resources. |
