Step 1:   Individual letters to incumbents in positions to be evaluated released to college presidents.
Step 2:   District Human Resources will establish the deadline for completed questionnaires and/or waivers with all required signatures.
Step 3:   Interviews and follow-up to be scheduled on campus as needed by District Human Resources.
Step 4:   Job evaluation recommendations submitted to presidents for review and comment.
Step 5:   District Human Resources will establish deadline(s) for President's comments regarding job evaluation recommendations.
Step 6:   Job evaluation recommendations submitted to Chancellor and Chancellor's Cabinet for review and decision.
Step 7:   Notification of job evaluation results released to individual incumbents by District Human Resources.
