Students Attending Multiple Colleges

More than 25% of credit students attend two or more DCCCD colleges over the course of their academic career. Transcript records for credit students enrolled fall 1997 were reviewed to determine the number of DCCCD colleges this student cohort had attended any time prior to and including fall 1997. The following table details the distribution by college.

When this same cohort was tracked with regard to number of courses students attempted by college, the distribution changed slightly. For example, over 30% of fall 1997 BHC credit students had attended a DCCCD college in addition to BHC. However, the number of courses this represented was less than 25% of the total courses students had attempted during their academic careers.
