Agreement is not good (r = .29). Students clearly are performing best in the areas which employers find moderately important, while their performance in the most important area (listening) is ranks toward the bottom of the list.  Some of the students greater strengths are in areas that employers do not rank as highly (e.g. computer/technical and math).
