
Fall 2000 Credit Enrollment Report
District credit contact hours increased 6.7% and total credit students increased 5.2% over the previous fall semester. Increases by college ranged from 0.2% to 11.7% for contact hours and 0.2% to 9.5% for total credit students enrolled. These figures do not include continuing education enrollments, which generally account for approximately 18% of total fall contact hours.

Due to on-going enrollments in flex entry and other less than semester
length courses, current enrollment figures are preliminary and do not yet
reflect the total credit semester activity. By the end of the semester,
District total credit contact hours is likely to increase an average of
4% beyond the above figure if historical trends continue. The following
table details final credit enrollment information for previously completed
fall semesters.
