Press Club of Dallas Scholarship

The Press Club of Dallas funded this permanent endowment fund to support scholarships for journalism majors at Brookhaven, Eastfield, and Richland Colleges. Applicants must be enrolled in the Journalism program.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be deserving students who are enrolled in a Journalism program, maintain a 2.5 GPA, and enroll in a minimum of six credit hours per semester.

Application Process
Applicants must submit a completed DCCCD Foundation scholarship application form to the Financial Aid Office at the college they wish to attend. Applicant must also be recommended for scholarship by Journalism faculty.

Selection Process
Financial Aid Office Approval - Financial Aid should coordinate selections with the Journalism Department.
