The Walt Collins Memorial Endowment was established to provide scholarships for refugee students majoring in Law Enforcement.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be a refugee student majoring in Law Enforcement, enrolled in a minimum of six credit hour, and maintaining a 2.0 GPA.

Application Process
Applicants must submit a completed DCCCD Foundation scholarship application form to the Financial Aid Office at the college they wish to attend.
