The Dr.s Richard J. and Carol L. Cinclair Endowment Scholarship fund was established to provide scholarships for ESL students attending Brookhaven College.

| Selection Process |
Phase I – Applicants submit completed scholarship packets to the Brookhaven College - World Language Division, Attention: Carol Cinclair. Phase II – The Financial Aid Office at Brookhaven College will award recipients. |
| Recipient Requirements | Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA or better. Failure to do so could result in a reduction or loss of scholarship benefits. |
